Delivery and shipping charges


You have the choice of receiving your order via any of the following methods:

1) Courier delivery at your house - The delivery charge is €5 (VAT Included)
 
2) Pickup from any of our courier’s stores (see Akis Express courier store network)- The delivery charge is €3 (VAT Included)

3) Collection from Z. ZENIOS SPARE PARTS shop. Payment at Z. ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD shop with no obligation on the buyer’s part to purchase the item.

After placing the order please wait for a call from a representative (usually the next working day) in order to inform you when your order will be ready for collection from store or shipment at your house or at the local courier store.

A slight delay in shipping might occur during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter and Summer)

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party.
The delivery charge is €5 (VAT Included) for delivery at your house and €3 (VAT Included) for delivery at the Akis Express store of your preference.

Payment

Prices include VAT. Payment is made in two ways. By PayPal (online payment) and upon receipt of the goods.

Returns

All defective products, will be accepted by www.zeniosparts.com within 14 days from the cancellation date. After that time, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

All products to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the cancellation date, 100% complete unused, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

www.zeniosparts.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days of the cancellation date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, then all above terms and policies are the same.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The return costs must be borne by the ordering party. In the event that you exercise your right of return of the goods, the purchase agreement shall lapse at the time of the receipt of the same goods at Z.ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD e-commerce site.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centres (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be sent to you at the shipping address you initially stated and received the goods. All the costs shall be borne by the customer.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to www.zeniosparts.com's warehouse locations.



Reservation of title

Z. ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD reserves the title to the purchased product, up until the final settlement of the amount in the delivery agreement.

Defect warranty and liability

The guarantee period for products purchased through Z.ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD e-commerce site is 2 months from the invoice date. In the event of a guarantee claim, the products must be presented directly to Z.ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD store for inspection. Any costs of return of goods shall be borne by the customer. The guarantee extends to all defects which appear during the agreed guarantee period, insofar as these are demonstrably attributable to poor material or defective manufacture. At the discretion of the seller, the liability shall be limited to the repair, the replacement or the reimbursement of the invoice sum of the defective goods. Further claims of the buyer shall be excluded. In particular, Z.ZENIOS SPARE PARTS LTD shall not be liable for damages attributable to improper use, or natural wear, or for damages which do not arise in the object of the delivery itself (consequential harm caused by a defect). Any modifications or repair work performed without our consent or the written consent of the manufacturer as well as failure to adhere to the General Terms and Conditions shall abrogate the warranty liability.

Returns Policy

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day you received the products only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice .
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
